To do this,

Go to the Edit menu

Select Preferences

Then choose Integrated Applications

Click on the Company Preferences tab

Select QuickBooks Online, and click on Remove.

Verify that the bank account information entered in QuickBooks is accurate and up to date. Double-check the account number, routing number, and login credentials for your bank account.

In QuickBooks, go to the Chart of Accounts

Find the bank account giving you the error, right-click on it

Select Edit Account

Choose the Bank Feed Settings tab and click on Deactivate All Online Services

Confirm the deactivation and then reactivate the online services by following the on-screen instructions.

If you’re using Direct Connect to connect to your bank, try switching to Web Connect. Web Connect utilizes downloaded transaction files from your bank’s website, which can sometimes provide a more stable connection.
